I've worn glasses since I was in 4th grade and I'm 30 now.

I had contacts for a lil bit in high school - because I thought glasses made me look like a nerd - but it became too much of a hassle. After a couple times spending half a period in the bathroom taking out, cleaning and reinserting my contacts cause it felt like there was a pebble in my eye (only to realize it was because I'd torn a lens), I gave up. I fukking HATED having to constantly carry a lens case, saline solution, etc plus I never liked touching my eyes like that.
