I think I may have found a new favorite mexican dish. Ya'll brehs rocking with it? If you haven't tried it, you need to.

There used to be a fire spot right by my job with a birria pizza that was so good. But, some of their other offerings in the traditional sense weren't hitters and they ultimately went out of business. We got a new spot down the road that has all the right things but haven't debuted a birria pizza. But, their birria ramen is fantastic.
