Boiling point. Movie centred around a struggling head chef at an boutique restaurant that's juggling keeping his staff and customers happy along with an investor who wants him to take the restaurant in a different direction than he has planned, along with an owner who's trying to make it 'popular' on the level of a salt bae, media influenced joint.

It's all done in one take and takes place within the restaurant. Good watch.
Also, Saw 1 if I'm not mistaken.​

Mostly. They do drive to the shop, but thats very brief.

On top of that, its the only american film I can think of where I dont remember seeing any white people in it

Snowpiercer except for the very end. The Raid except for the opening scene where they're driving to the apartment block.
