How many hours do you really work a day?

In the office from 8-5 and work a legit 7 to 8 hours with a 30 min lunch...most times I take lunch at my desk

Work from home twice a week and work about 2-3 hours

2-3 hours each day practicing, then add some extra time for random things related to playing. let's say, about 4-5 hours a day, actual logged hours. and that's only if i don't have to play any where or if i don't go out at play somewhere or if i don't have any business related matters to handle on the given day...

My schedule is 8am-4:30pm. I think that I may work 5.5 hours of that. Between getting breakfast, goofing around, going to other floors talking to people, being on here. It really does waste time. Now on the weekend it's worse. I may work 2 hours.

i'm at work from 6am-6pm and i may work about 3 hours. not in a row tho. broken up throughout the day in 10-15 minute increments.
