I take a 16 ounce thermos to work and fill it up like twice during the day so that's 32 ounces. Plus the gym after is like another 16 ounces and then at home I'll drink a cup during dinner so I say about 48 ounces total.
I drink at least 5-6 16.9 oz bottles a day

Monday - Friday I average a little more than a gallon a day, with 8 16 oz bottles of water equalling up to that total. I go through a Litre or two along with a handful of those things so I'm over that.
On the weekends when I smoke weed - I'm practically at two gallons, cause my daily intake while at work is already a gallon, coupled with the litre bottle I fill up to go with my joint/vape, pushes me towards 2 if not over, cause after I've finished smoke, chances are I'm gonna eat, so I'm drinking more water with that.
Taking a look at me, most folk assume I'm guzzling soda or drinking juice all the damned time, but I've been staying hydrated from the time I was a binge drinker in my mid teens. Cut out excessive alcohol while eliminating Soda and limiting juices; My doctor results make my Doctor go
