I got a membership to Fitness Connection (formerly Gold's around here), and there's one literally right next to my job. I walk it on nice days. That's where I do my swimming and cardio on Tues and Thurs. There's also another one like 5 minutes from the crib, which is where I go lift with my son on M-W-F. Then there's a grimy gym that's not too far from the office, like 5 minutes away. That's where I do my main lifting on M-W-F, my squats, bench, deads and all that.
