How long before YouTube starts charging a fee to get faster speed?

To all of you saying i have a slow connection, all you have to do is Google "youtube buffering slow" and you'll find thousands of topics.

It aint just me. And you cant even pre-load vids anymore b/c the buffer doesnt go too far beyond wehre u stop

Sometimes the vids are slow. This is true.

But ya'll cats who see ads...I don't even know what a YouTube ad looks like, just use Chrome and install the Ad-Block extension from the Chrome Store.

No, not all of them.

Alot of the old ones still load, but alot of the newer ones dont load completely.

It's really a mixed bag for whatever reason

It might be cause I use adblocker I guess (how the fukk do people watch YouTube without that shyt anyway) but videos only load to a certain point now and it's been like that for awhile
