How long before YouTube starts charging a fee to get faster speed?

This is getting ridiculous. Sometimes I have videos buffering for 30 secs....and I have a really fast connection. Then they play a a few secs, and then buffer again.

I could see them coming out with a premium fee to where you can get a faster speed....which basically would be the speed they had in the past before it all went slow.

I have it but it stopped working. I'm using FF so I think I just need to upgrade the version I have

i hate the ads before every video now, vevo done fukked up the game..i know u can skip most of em..some videos even get full videos before the video actually plays...the other day i went to watch a kingofthedot battle, and the entire 2 chainz/drake video played before it..i was like wtf
