Correct. And Biden likely would’ve done worse. Losing states that Dems should have never lost.

Biden was/is deeply unpopular and Harris had to maneuver a campaign while being tied to him with so little time to go.

Granted, there were senate races where Dems won by a hair in those swing states, and North Carolina voting for a democratic governor maybe indicates if Dems hosted a primary immediately after midterms they would’ve had a better shot.
I know all of this and have made these points. None of that has anything to do with claiming she lost by a hair. All she did was prevent a Reagan like loss.

Don’t agree? Don’t argue you with me then

Electorally it was a “landslide” popular vote wise it was close.

Are you slow? The popular vote in 2024 was close. That’s the argument. These links explain that.

It’s not rocket science

I think the point is that it doesn't matter that it was close. She still lost. And given the stakes it was a big loss looking at the state of the country.

My point is looking at the election at the context that since 2023 the Biden admin was the underdog and the polls at that time showed he was going to lose to either ANY Republican candidate that was nominated.

But Harris helped stopped a potential red wave to a ripple.

Had to put together a campaign in 3 months. Still only loss by a hair with the popular vote.

There’s gonna be a lot of stories about how messy and unorganized and badly funded the campaign was but that’s more than likely trying to start a presidential campaign that late in the game.
She did not have to put a campaign together in 3 months, the machine was already in place, they had simple replaced the figurehead, which isn't really that hard

But that's a side issue to my point, the fact that she did not intervene when the black orgs were complaining about money and created an anti black environment in her campaign for black staffers tells you how she was going to run the White House if she won. Black people were going to take an bureacratic L

Kamala has to put together a full campaign with staff and strategy three weeks before the DNC. That’s unheard of and I’d imagine disorganization would be imminent in these situations

Point is there are gonna be a lot of handwringing and over analysis on what she did wrong or what behind the scenes shyt happened. Problem is because she loss these issues will be looked under a microscope

Same issues occurred with Elon Musk and his black outreach initiative for Trump, putting black in vans and leaving them stranded, but they won the election so in that context….its no biggie

There was already a fully staffed campaign waiting for her all she had to do was shuffle some names around

I understand that is your point, but that isn't my point, the point I'm making is her anti blackness

that would have been an issue even if she had won, because her anti blackness would have carried over to the white house

My point isn't about the mechanics, my point is that it's a good thing she lost, she is just horrible

she should have had the humility to turn it down, tbh :yeshrug: newsom was raring to go. all that she accomplished was setting women back about 40 years in politics

we're just a bunch of dikkheads on an internet forum, and we all knew that biden/harris were not the best choices. but a bunch of highly paid Dem consultants who do this for a living didn't know this? that there was nothing actually popular about their incumbency, let alone kamala being a terrible politician? :dead:

but no one had the balls to speak up. not even obama :hhh:

Newsom is just as loathsome as Kamala and he is another would be loser if tries to run for the same reason Kamala lost the nomination, because black people are not going to vote for him

Btw I saw your weak ass trying to get the approval of these cocksucking HL clowns by trying to be pro Kamala, and they still bushed your ass :russ:
