I have nothing against anyone who decides to better themselves but most of those dudes are introverted losers who thought the reason why they are the way they are was purely based on aesthetics.

They need to take a more holistic approach to themselves outside of just diet and exercise. That will attract women initially, but if that's the whole foundation.... that girl is gonna go find the missing pieces elsewhere.

It's just like a pretty girl. If all there is to her is the fact that she's fit w/ a phat ass... shyt's gonna get old quickly.
