All of em are pretty strong but I'd cop Super White Malay, Red Dragon, Red Sakit and Gold MD. Gold is slower than a green but not as slow/sedating as a red. I loved the last batch of Gold MD I copped and this new one is getting good results

it can be. I wouldn't take it every day unless you got serious pain issues. long as you keep it to a few times a week at most you are good. def not as bad as actual opiates like percs. I never had a problem with alcohol but I don't really drink anymore cuz kratom makes your more sociable and helps with anxiety without feeling drunk

if you get caught up in it it won't kill you but withdrawals are not fun. body aches, cold like symptoms, general "blah" feeling. the worst of it lasts for about 3 days like weed withdrawls

Two of my boys were heavy heavy in spice and K2. Made millions. My boys hands were dried out from acetone he sprayed on that shyt. This was around 2010-2012.

Depends what kind you take, how much, how your body reacts to it.

For me, it’s like an energy booster. I would take maybe 3 g before going to the gym and it gives me great energy. I’ll work out for much longer than usual. Or it can help me be more awake and alert at work.

I try to not use it much though, it became too easy to rely on it as a crutch.

It may also make you go to the bathroom all the time.
