To me biracial means one of your parents is non-black. If this is the new meaning of biracial, then almost every black person in America is biracial cause if we go far back enough there'll be some cac there.

But this doesn't require going back generations, if both his parents are black and white, he's also 50% black 50% white....that's as biracial as it gets. Bi/multi racial is about genetic makeup, not some arbitrary determination such as you need one full non blak parent

To typical dudes with warped views of the world if you look even remotely dark then you must be black. Just as to them if a word of spanish comes out of your mouth your race must be "hispanic".

At 1/4 white, if they wanted to be noted as biracial, I wouldn't knock them, but because of their black component and phenotype, they clearly look black and have been raised as such. If they were 1/4 black and 3/4 white, people wouldn't question them for claiming to be bi-racial, especially if they still have black characteristics - look at Halle berry's daughter. While people have the right to claim what they want, I think anything less than 1/4 needs to be thrown in the bushes, but my opinion is not a scientifically sound argument for who can claim more than one race - i.e. white people claiming their native American heritage from 4 generations ago.
