If you are going somewhere to have a good time, and you gotta be worrying about the carfax of the neighborhood, and it may take away some of the enjoyment you might could have, I always just find something else to do. When I was drinking and single, I would pull up ANYWHERE for the powerU, but now I’m married and put the plug in the jug, I don’t want to be going anywhere that there might be problems. Lid is too fukking short, and there are way to many folk out here that don’t put any value on human life, sickos. I guess it all depends on how old you are, how bad you wanna beat, and how comfortable/confident you are. It’s a fukking shame though, it shouldn’t matter where the place is, you should be able to go out and have a good time without worrying.

I live in St. Louis county and I wouldn’t go anywhere near where he’s at. North county is 75% fukked up. I can’t wait to leave St Louis county. It must be a generation thing because I’m a decade older than you and I remember when the county was still nice. North county is pretty much a shyt hole and will be the new north side at Louis in about 10 years.

The County and City where one city. The county being the burbs. The Wealthier Whites that live in the county split off from the city. There have been efforts to recombine them which is planned for some time this decade. It will bring down the crime rate for St. Louis by doubling the population size with the county not having anywhere near as much crime.

Really, if you drove through St. Louis, you would not know their difference. They shape around each other like one city because in most ways that matter, they are one city. It’s like if the suburbs of your city split off and said we don’t want any the city’s baggage(crime rate/debt).

I get it, it’s like Richmond va, it’s not under any county, it’s just the City of Richmond, an independent city. It’s surrounded by Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, etc. each it’s own county with its own jurisdictions.
