Didn't see this thread. I don't post here much...but to replay my other post
Hadn't really watched the past two seasons. Show just lost its luster to me. But Lily has aged a lil' bit. Shyt lemme know it's been a minute...and how real it is, too.
I always knew they'd get back together. This some BS tho.

spoilers kinda ruined the ep with the mother dying
- didn't see ted and robin getting back together
- they should've skipped some of the filler parts of the eps, and focused on the aftermath of his wife dying, and ted and robin reconnecting

Gotta boo this sh!t here. Robin and Ted was donezo a long time ago. Tired of the back and forth. Ending was what I didnt want.
Stopped watching about 2-3 seasons ago.
I think the only full episode I watched this season was the one with Barney teaching the two young cats how to play the game.
This episode I liked until it was clear where they were going with it.
So this entire show was based around him telling his kids how much he wanted to get with Robin
The mother character was pretty much a waste. Build her up for 8 seasons, introduce us to her then go, "she died and I got back with the chick I've been in love with since episode 1"

It's as if the writers just gave up. They did the best they could I suppose. They really ended the show two seasons ago.
