How do you gain weight without squatting?

Believe it or not i went from 76 to 90 kg in 6 months. Then lost bout 6 kg in 1 month and now i can see my abs.

i just eat breh get some weight gainers the ones with 1000 + calories.

i dont squat cause of lower back injury i got while playing ball a few years ago,

Squating adds mass to ur legs and makes u get fat thighs if thats what u want then go ahead.

Id rather have lean lower body and a Lean upper body. I aint even tryna get
that buff.

Actually, working your legs stimulates muscle growth in your ENTIRE BODY... By not training legs, you are doing your upperbody a huge disservice. Guarantee the homosexual white male that you're using as your goal does atleast some leg work...

I think i explained it in a earlier post the reason i dont squat is cause

of a lower back injury i got while playing ball. My doc advised me aganist it.

ima do seated leg work tho.
