How effective is doing push-ups everyday?

Like the title says for example if you did push ups in the morning and right before bed could you build muscle doing that or would it be more of a endurance thing

Different bodies respond differently. I've found pushups great for endurance and bulk, but not so much for strength.

Others will have different experiences.

You should do it in the mid-day as well. IT will burn fat around the mid-section too.

I did that 100 push ups for 100 days challenge and could definitely see a change, but a lot of people said they couldn’t.

Nothing will beat actually going to the gym and fixing your diet, but it will help, especially with your mindset.
