I saw this....

Yes. The Flash would phase through his skin and grab Superman's heart. Or the Flash can drop some kryptonite inside him. Superman organs should be vulnerable to attacks.

Does that work for you?

Not sure why Flash (who in this scenario has Kryptonite) would go through all the trouble of trying to get it inside of Superman when he could just use it like everyone else uses it.

Also Superman's internal organs are just as super as the rest of him.

I’ll go back to the original topic. Superman moves just as fast as Flash so his speed attacks don’t work. If Flash tried to phase through Superman would just speed himself up so Flash would essentially be running full speed into a brick wall killing himself, and Superman could take Flash out before he got the drop on him with Kryptonite by hitting him with a range attack.

Flash is faster than Superman. Period, end of story.
However Superman also has super-speed so he wouldn't be like some average dude when it comes to dealing with Flash's speed.
Flash can't move so fast that Superman doesn't notice because he's got super-hearing and super reflexes.

Flash can kill Superman. It was explained a while ago that he would have to hit Superman repeatedly in the same spot. Those panels where Superman hits Flash aren't telling the whole story. When Flash REALLY decides to not mess around and uses the full extent of the Speed Force, Superman, even at his best cannot keep up. I equate Flash with Iceman, another guy who has the potential to be one of the deadliest beings in their respective universes if they took the job seriously.
