I ain't built for that quant life, breh. Most of my analysis is driven by fundamentals. The most complicated math I do involves very simple algebra that Excel does for me

Regarding your second question, I think there will always be a place for quants on Wall Street, but given capital requirements, they aren't as prominent at banks as they were 4-5 years ago. There are still a ton of prop shops though where quants are needed and you can make a lot of money.

....because he's a rapper. It's the same old story with these guys. Very rarely do you have a Jay-Z, or a Diddy, or a 50 cent. Most of these young guys just buy herds of lamborghinis and think their rap career will last forever. It is possible that Tyga has broken the mold but highly unlikely.
