Why did he flood Wakanda? What's the backstory? Isn't Namor "good"? Why would he want them all to drown?

They've had beef for a while.
Phoenix Force comes to earth and is spilt into five pieces, Namor, Cyclops, Magik, Colossus and Emma Frost get one each. They're powers become beyond boosted and they decide to 'fix' the world and build a utopia (called Utopia lol) for mutants. The pieces were corrupting the members though (I doubt it was the pieces fault Wakanda was flooded, Namor is already a piece of shyt without it). Namor floods Wakanda with the Phoenix Force's power, starting an incident with the Phoenix Five vs Avengers and etc.

Later on, out of necessity, BP and Namor join forces with others to form the Illuminat (Stark, Richards, Black Bolt, Captain America). Namor apologizes and requests a truce between the two nations and BP (who isn't king at this time) thinks it's a hard sell but "agrees".
After a while BP says fukk this shyt, plays Namor and gets his revenge and has Atlantis obliterated and while Namor is grieving, his bytch ass tells Thanos that Wakanda has the infinity stones (they don't), so then Wakanda gets their shyt wrecked and BP can't help because he is busy trying to prevent the end of the multiverse.

When Namor tells him it was he who directed Thanos to Wakanda, you get the scans you posted previously.

BP fukks Namor over one more time, though he survives. Eventually Hyperion kills Namor because everyone was tired of his shyt but he comes back.

Namor, influenced by the Phoenix force, unjustly attacked Wakanda via a biblical flood, killing thousands of innocent Wakandans and greatly damaging a lot of Wakandan infrastructure. Later on, Namor boasted that he had no regrets for his actions and that he wished that he killed more Wakandans that day.

While T'Challa and Namor had a truce to combat the world-ending incursion crisis, Namor was scheming on the low with traitors within Wakanda who wanted Shuri out of power. He even tried to use T'Challa in his scheme. It didn't work. Shuri declares war on Atlantis and Wakandan forces destroy it to rubble.

Namor lied to Thanos' troops that Wakanda had an infinity gem, to draw Thanos' forces to Wakanda and as a form of payback. Eventually, Thanos' forces destroy Wakanda and commit genocide on Wakandans.

Before she died, Shuri "orders" T'Challa to kill Namor. T'Challa gives her his word that he will. She then passes the royal blade back to T'Challa as well as the rulership of Wakanda, making T'Challa the King of Wakanda once more.

T'Challa ambushes Namor with Black Bolt, stabs Namor with the royal blade, and proceeds with his plan to kill him.

So yea, Namor had it coming.
