No people are not waking up, most of the people still don't care. Things won't change, you know why ? Because your 99% are so divided that they can't come together. Whites people fear more black people than the 1%, and hispanic don't trust black or white, arab and aisans are doing things for themselves they don't care about other people outside their group, so good luck with that. Everyone compete against eachother for a small part of the pie when the 1% own the biggest part. The world is a sad and evil place, so relax and stop worrying about things you can't change. Most people don't need to be save anyway cause they're very comfortable working for the 1%.

I actually do not. I understand that unfairness and inequality are intrinsic to society. I was just trying to understand where he is coming from as I've never heard the "99% need the 1%" sentiment before, especially from someone who is a part of the 99%. It would be akin to hearing a worker saying s/he needs a boss, an eyebrow raiser of sorts. However, it seems as if he can't properly explain or respond to direct questions.
