I did yoga a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. I went and copped a mat I'm going to try and do it more often.
The breathing exercises is yoga always helped me the most.

Also, I stretch with resistance bands. Brehs this may sound simple, but when you're at work pop that wallet out of your back pocket--it will unbalance your pelvis right away.

Good advice. Another simple thing is suck your stomach in at all times and expand your chest while dropping your shoulders back. I know it will look like you're trying to flex on people, but it opens your lungs and works your core.
