I dunno, but I keep it simple. I try not to download more than 5 gigs of stuff a day - meaning one good HD movie rip.

They can track what you stream? I thought they only cared about downloading torrents and that direct downloads were safe?

Really good service that downloads the torrent for you and then you download the file from their servers instead of using a torrent client on your end. Service is free with files 1 GB or smaller. But if you want to download files bigger than that then you have to pay. Its really cheap though.
