How do you prevent stinking in the gym?

IM NOT SURE WHY WORKING OUT WOULD MAKE YOU STINK,
IF YOU WASH YOUR ASS EVERY DAY.

I actually don't shower daily :yeshrug: but I do apply deodorant every day. And cologne when the stink gets a little noticeable.

But I don't go jogging before I go. That's where ur problem is. I do spray. A lil axe on though.

If you do it right, when u sweat it brings out whatever scent ur wearing better.

I also like when women pass by me and they're sweating a lil bit and their scent of perfume or body spray hits me. :ahh:

-wash before you go
-lift weights before you run (this will actually help your lifts as well)
-regularly trim the hair wherever it stinks
-drink lots of water
- eat cleaner (stay away from fried food, eat more fruits and veggies)
-drink yogurt regularly and if you already drink some, drink more.
-maybe consider using a pro-biotic supplement
-try to improve your digestive system's regularity. don't hold shyt in, try to avoid constipation (this all goes along with eating more fiber, fruits, veggies, pro-biotic)

if you do all this, you might still sweat but your sweat will smell much less.




EDIT: forgot to add, if all this doesn't improve your situation, consider consulting a doctor or something like that. might be fungus or some other medical condition.
