I can lift, hit the bag ect. But I can't get motivated to run and when I do, I feel bored "like when is this gonna be over?" Anyone got any advice?
Never thought about it this way.Once you realize your strengthening your heart and blood vessels, you'll be motivated.
I don't even look at cardio as a means for cutting or losing weight anymore.
