Am I doing something wrong.
I will eat 2 slices of double fiber bread in the morning, and for the rest of the day I will only eat chicken and vegies. I am 5'9 180lbs and I think I am consuming less than 2000 cals a day, but I haven't really been keeping track.
I usually workout around 8 or 9pm after I get off work.
I can't even go past seven reps putting up my normal weight. I have almost no energy. Is it mental?
I don't take any prework-outs. would that stuff help?
