Dunno how serious you are, but for those that are 100% cocoa powder.

Warm or hot water only, no sugar, no dairy etc.

I use cocoa powder everyday and train/gym 6 days a week.

Ofcourse if your sleeping pattern and overall diet and exercise is off you're gonna feel lethargic regardless

I take 50mg Zinc Citrate + 2 "Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw Men" multivitamin. Definitely notice the difference when i do vs don't take it, good sexual effects too. I've heard good things about Maca too but idk a good brand for that.

Tea is much better than coffee for energy. Just make sure you are drinking the right kind. Different teas have different affects

You down with GPLC?

Also check out Ginseng, Cordyceps Sinensis, CoQ10, B Vitamins and Vitamin D.

They work by modulating ATP levels to give you a natural boost without the dependency of caffeine. One of them will fit you and you get what you pay for.
