Eat Fruits and Vegetables, drink water and get 8 hours of sleep routinely.
Dunno how serious you are, but for those that are 100% cocoa powder.
Warm or hot water only, no sugar, no dairy etc.
I use cocoa powder everyday and train/gym 6 days a week.
Ofcourse if your sleeping pattern and overall diet and exercise is off you're gonna feel lethargic regardless
Which typesTea is much better than coffee for energy. Just make sure you are drinking the right kind. Different teas have different affects
