Brehs, I need some critical advice. A search couldn't find me a previous post, and I've done all I could do outside of using protein powder.

Apparently I weigh 110lbs now which is insane because I thought I was at 130 and gaining weight. I haven't been working out for a minute, but I've been eating every single day as much as I've could for a while.

When I started football in HS I weighed 119. I gained 6lbs in two weeks and I was finally able to powerclean 125lbs. The coach told me I had an extremely fast metabolism, my body converts food into energy at a much faster rate than most guys.

Now I'm getting ready for the corps. I've started training my abdominal area and my forearms by doing 100 crunches a day and using grippers. This is so I don't get as shaky when I start lifting or doing pushups.

Yet this is ridiculous. I've been eating peanut butter, grilled chicken, salads, fruits & vegetables, and other home-cooked meals until I couldn't eat any more. I drink water and milk, and use carnation instant breakfast with the milk.

How can I lose this much weight? Also, how I can I get it back? Is it a decrease in muscle mass? I'm trying to push my limit past 130-140lbs. It will take more than a year, maybe even two years, but I need to get at least most of my weight back.

Also I don't have access to a gym. I have a 30lb curling bar I use to lift 7 hrs a day with breaks, every day when I'm getting ready.

Could you guys give me some pointers? I'm not new to this, but I've never delved into the science behind this.

Breh you need to jump on a proven strength training program ASAP couple that with a surplus calorie intake.... I know they preach that 'Bicep curlzz gets the girlzzz'.....but God Damn.... 7 hours?:what:& you also have an apparent 'coach':wtf::mindblown:....to me all all this suggests you are seriously ill-advised/ misguided individual :rudy:.

Do me a favour homie go to this LINK & come back here with the some stats given... from there we can determine what the sketch is......

Yet another case of not eating as much as you think you are.

Count calories. Throw high volume and fibrous foods in the bushes for awhile. Spread meals out more if fullness is still an issue. Problem solved.

Basically OP you need to: Eat BIG- LIft BIG- Rest BIG ...meaning;

1) Lift Big progressive weights
2) Eat lots of REAL whole foods
3) Rest/Sleep big (8-10 hours.. this part is crucial for progress but very little emphasis is placed on it)

Just remember, when you reach a plateau (you can no longer add weight to the exercises), you need to deload by taking a couple days off or take a couple light workouts, then re-set your weights (drop the poundages by about 10-20%), then each week continue to add weight until you hit another plateau. You know you have plateaued, when you can no longer add weight, and your form begins to break down. GOOD LUCK with your training, and let us know how things are going.

As far as your training goes... drop that CURL ONLY routine/ habit & get yourself situated in a proper gym breh.....Try & include the following exercises in your regime (train 3 days a week)

Flat Bench
Squats
Deadlifts
Power Cleans
Military Press
Barbell Rows

One of the best starting plans is the 5 x 5. There are several threads devoted to this training style. Here is a good link to follow 5X5 TRAINING
