The voice raisin of the tone and early 90's Ice Cube mean mug usually all it takes for me. He good round me. It's when he in the company of his mother that's another story. And it's her fault partially. Cause she passive with him cause I'm around. I told her this why fathers ain't around mike they should be( not serious but I was irritated). She raises her voice not to get him listening but to get my attention to come get him to listen. It's like she wants me to be the mean parent or disciplinarian while she get to lay back and be the fun cool one. shyt pisses me off cuz I have to constantly come to her rescue when I feel she not even trying to enforce the rules of our household. And then when he gets bad or hits her she yelling/going at him like they brother sister. I hate to say it but it really is a easier day when she not around. I call them Tom and Jerry when they around each other.

We have two different ways of approaching him. I'm more of the stop and do it the right way right now king of nigguh. And she's the go away and come back when you ready type of person. They went to the mall a week ago and she wasn't even gone 20 minutes before they walked back in the house and she told him you can't go when I leave again. He got mad/sad and they left back out again 10 minutes l8er to go back to the same mall and he behaved a lot better.

:laugh: I'm tired of my ppl yellin' at babies talmbout; :ohmy: :mad: U understand me!"

:huh:: "He 2, doe"

But, yea; you have to let kids explore, touch stuff and learn thru experimenting

If anything; we need to stop lettin' them have sugar, McDonald's and soda...that's definitely adding to their emotional imbalance

Oh, the TV, too...

This. I hate that.

Holy shyt.. Like exercising?

Something like that. I try not to go TOO hard on em..I don't want them to avoid working out in the future because of it lol Usually it's just burpees, push ups, jogging in place, curl ups. They don't watch TV during the week or eat sweets so there's really nothing to take away from em but their comfort :yeshrug:

That's f'ing awesome! :salute:

I'm sure as a child it sucks though. I'm into exercising, so for me it would be fun and I'd "enjoy" it.

You ever tried giving your kid a long lecture on what they did wrong? My father never hit me, he just went into these 20 min lectures talking politics and the media brainwashing me, etc.

After 20 mins, I'm like :whoa: I won't do it anymore.

:russ: Oh yea they HATE it.

I tried the whole "time out" thing :mjpls: but when my daughter got hip to the game and hit me with the "let me guess...I have to go sit down for 5 minutes right mommy?:usure:"

.......Nah we changed the script right then and there. :ufdup:

They get it easy from me..but their dad? :whew: He has them do push ups with him. If he doesn't stop then nor do they. I had to hit with the "They're just kids!!" :damn: when he hit 20+ and their little arms were shaking.
