My son was the perfect baby, now that he's one this lil nikka is like a demon child. Hitting adults, not listening and shyt. When he do something bad I just smack him on hand or pop him on the legs, he start crying but like two minutes he back doing bad shyt :upsetfavre:

One time I had something to drink, and he tried to pick it up.

Me: don't touch it

Him: huh? :troll:

Me: I said don't touch it :beli:

Him: *picks it up anyway*

Me: put it down

Him: :sadcam: *throws it at me*

Me: :damn:

Some people give toddlers single pops on the hand when they just won't listen. My son was over all a good baby/child with the occasional demon moment. I told him to stop and Not to do things and why. He wouldn't do it again. I had to get some base in my voice too cause it seemed like he didn't take me as serious as his dad :beli:

These days I take stuff away, Ive only whooped him twice(after 5). His dad has probably whooped him more but mainly its take things away and talking.

Damn he sounds bad as shyt. Have you tried taking toys and things away from him? Whatever his favorite thing is, take it away.

This sounds white, but you could create a behavior chart and when he's bad put an X or something on the calendar. If he gets certain number of X's then he you take something away or he has to go to his room. Beatings don't work for every child but if they can see actually see the impact of bad behavior that works. Also explain to him that what he's doing is bad. Look him in the eyes and talk to him like he's an adult.

Not to get all in your business, but; that's why we need to find better methods to discipline kids

My older kids I will hem up and just let them Know they need to do what I say because I run this here Joint. My baby I pop her on the hand. not hard enough to hurt but just enough to startle her. I take away things like computer, playtime and extra curricular activities. I too don't want to spank (although I have before) with my hand, not belts/switches etc. Most importantly I try not to do things out of anger. I like to surprise punish too. My oldest got kicked off the bus for a week for throwing a wad of paper and it flew pass the bus drivers head while she was driving. When she gave me that 1 wk. suspension slip. I was too mad to say anything. She normally goes skating on Saturdays. this past weekend she got her little outfit out, I'm listening to her making plans with her friends and shyt. I let her get all dressed up and when the time arrives that we usually leave I was like...

I believe in explaining why, people forget babies are learning everything. Just because you know it's bad doesn't mean they do. You can tell them stop and they just look at you like why? Kids are kids too. I can't stand if Im out in a see a woman beating a toddler.

I believe in ass whippings but literally as a last resort, it seems to put fear in the child instead of actual discipline. My older cousin does the boot camp punishments, I don't know how much of an effect it has on them mentally but I'd feel better making them do that instead of hitting them. Got them doing planks and push-ups :pachaha: at their rate they will be athlete fit before 10.

 I'm tired of my ppl yellin' at babies talmbout;  U understand me!"

:huh:: "He 2, doe"

But, yea; you have to let kids explore, touch stuff and learn thru experimenting

If anything; we need to stop lettin' them have sugar, McDonald's and soda...that's definitely adding to their emotional imbalance

Oh, the TV, too...
