HOW do you convince yourself it’s okay to just walk by homeless people? What excuses do you use?

This year (and really the middle of last year) I said I’d try to help every homeless person I came across

And I have

I got 1 a job at a Trader Joe’s after helping him get his social security card and ID,

A couple of others jobs at mcdonalds

And the rest into shelters around the city

All it takes is 30 dollars to really help a homeless person

The first thing you ask them, is do they have any felonies, if they say no, then your job going forward is easy. Offer them coffee or a quick fast food bite

Take down their information and help them find a job.

How can you just walk by without helping? Why is that okay? What do you tell yourself to make yourself feel better about it?

That very respectable of you bro. What kinda work you do? I don’t have time to help someone to that extent, I work 7-5, go home and do me until I repeat the process.

Not to mention, fug most the homeless anyway. Yeah, SOME are homeless due to circumstances but most are just druggies bro. i work in philly and see the same bums everyday hustling. Just to get enough loot to go score, not really in a rush to help them.

People say they’re just druggies, and say “most” to make themselves feel better about not doing anything. Some and most are just people who got beat up by the system and tapped out.

The key is taking some of that “do me” time and helping other people.

Homeless is Code for not having funds

The only thing stopping you from being homeless right now is your job, and whoever you’ll fall back on if you lose it.

You wouldn’t want people to assume you’re a druggie just because you’re broke sleeping on the bench if you ever lost it all, would you?

What did you do for them that they couldn't do for themselves?

I am not one to turn my back on anyone. But you cannot save the world breh........you just can't.......my wife has that bad......will pick everyone's weight up and carry on her back......

Yes my Job is vital to me not being homeless...correct. Not new info for me. And I’d never lose it all bc I myself am not an addict. But I’m kinda bowing out of this thread bc I’ve been peeping your steez in other threads and I get your gimmick. You’re a troll acting like mr. perfect. I’m not gonna contribute to your thread anymore brah.
