Drink a psyllium husk fiber supp after eating or between meals with lots of water. That helps to satiate, plus your poops will be good.

Beans, greens, salads, soups, lentils.

I don’t necessarily cut per se, but if I’ve had a more indulgent few weeks I might spend two weeks just eating minetstrone style soups, salads as others have said.

Cook up bags of spinach, natural yoghurt, lentils, etc.

These are all good.

Fibrous, nutrient rich, soup works for me, keeps you full and provides all the necessary recovery aspects.

2-4 weeks of that and you good.

Bags of peas, cooked up bags of spinach leaves, broccoli, all this will have your body thanking you.

I'm not super versed on the subject, but I recently did a 7 week cut/detox where I minimized my portions, sugar, and carbs. I pretty much made it to where my snacks to have after dinner were grapes, carrots a banana, or a protein shake if I was struggling.

I struggled maybe the first 3 weeks, 4th week moving forward became easier because I think I began being able to eat until I wasn't hungry anymore, instead of eating to be full. I seriously think it was a physiological change because the weekend after the cut when I ate like I used to, I damn near got sick. During the cut I basically let the food go down after my initial food portion, rather than immediately getting seconds, that helped me out alot. :manny:
