Clean. I'd change the shoes tho.

Everything else? Ehhh. Some shyt is cool individually, but some combos are just crazy to me. Just seems like some real try hard shyt. The hats are corny to me but whatever.

I look at classic early 1900s black fashion and think "Anyone who thinks we (blacks) haven't already done this is a moron to the highest degree."
I back anyone who rocks what they like 100%. Hipster shyt is repurposed Jazz club swag.

This is a lovely picture. Where is it from?

As for the OP's question, IDGAF what other people wear and neither should anybody else. I would never dress like that but I'm not gonna knock somebody else for doing it.

Just to make it clear....Black people own it....what's the point of saying black men dressing hipster?

The term was coined during the jazz age, when "hip" emerged as an adjective to describe aficionados of the growing scene.[10] Although the adjective's exact origins are disputed, some say it was a derivative of "hop", a slang term for opium, while others believe it comes from the West African word hipi, meaning "to open one's eyes".
