How do women here feel about salt and pepper facial hair?

I kinda want it but kinda dont.
My hairs are dark brown/dark reddish.
When my hair turns grey, idk if my brownish/reddish hairs will no longer exist

Young dudes won't understand the question, but some of us older men have that grey creeping into their beards.

Had a fight with the wife about shaving or dying it, versus letting the grey shine through....not sure if that shyt should just be kept under a day or two of growth.
