Actually .....
working out improves blood flow to ALL regions of the body and forces the body/heart to pump more blood (this is beneficial for an erection)
working out increases testosterone (which improves erections and sex drive)
working out improves cardiovascular function which give you more sexual stamina and (again) improves blood flow which is good for erections and sexual health period.
SOME of y’all nikkas gotta read a lil bit more
