kinda boring, we do a lot of landlord/tenant stuff as well as handle residential real estate closings and facilitate other transactions... so a lot of what I do is just title searches to make sure properties don't have any liens on them and communicate with the agents of the buyer and seller to make sure they're handing over all of the necessary paper work
do contractual issues also; had a court hearing earlier this week on behalf of our client who owned a lawn care company... he had contracted with this apartment complex to cut their lawn every week for the next 2 years, and they broke the agreement 3 months into it without cause... that's probably the most exciting shyt I did this week smh

I prefer the personal injury work, it's less paper work to type up and you can kinda just chill once you get the case set up initially because the client is going to a chiropractor or treatment center every week, so you just gotta be on their ass and make sure they go... then after they're done treating, write a demand letter to the opposing party's insurance company and negotiate back and forth with the insurance company's adjuster to get your client a nice settlment, which we make 33% of
you gotta start small, work in the mail room (no art barr), go up to mail supervisor, receptionist, paralegal, lawyer, boom! takes 6 months tops

find a wet spot that doesn't have any kind of wet floor sign or anything by it, make sure it's at a high end spot so that their liability insurance limits are fairly high, slip on that shyt and make sure you got some physical injuries... you'll be

also they generally see if doctor can practice via the board and for lawyers through the state
