My boss was roasting at my job a few days back and said i had some "tight ass pants" on. They not tightThey drape loosely on my legs, quads included, but my ass and crotch take up too much space. Dont squat heavy, drop weight, and pray.

Got the same problem. No real solution besides building lower/upper back until you are ready to cut. Then you can go on the low-carb/keto diet while doing alot of cardio/glute workouts which will burn some of that fat and build muscle (which won't take up as much space). I'm not at that point yet though, working on the first.
