Cut down to as low as is safe for your height. If they're still there (usually becoming even more prominent), you likely have gynecomastia (excess breast tissue).
I'm reading Visual Impact Cardio and plan on implementing the ideas into my workout regimen.
I haven't finished and fully grasped the concepts yet, but so far it seems the general idea is to do workouts at the start of the week that deplete your glycogen stores, and then at the end of the week, do workouts that start to dip into the fat stores.
Steadily, and little by little, you'll start to consistently lose fat and master the skill of fat loss.
This along with heavy weight training and a good diet should do the trick.
knuckle push ups, walking and not that kiddy pilate of sweets and candy. (obviously good gym work out)
when i was down and out i could pinch a little something but i was eating nonsense meals and doing no work outs, so as soon as i stopped and came back like the phoenix its been all good. push ups and burning calories.
