There's been subliminal tactics online to associate right wing conservatism with masculinity and manliness. It's been prevalent for many years too.

A lot of dudes think that it's masculine or alpha to be so concerned about the LGBTQ community or to be opposed to them.

In reality, not giving a flip either way and letting people live their truth is the most masculine position to take.

Boosie's opposition to gay shyt, for example, just comes off excessive. It's like "We get it breh. You don't f*ck with gay shyt" But Boosie keeps milking it until it's dry.

Regardless of your individual opinions on peoples' sexuality, Right Wing supremacists are 10 times a bigger threat to Black people than any LGBTQ movement and I'll support them over the ring wingers who want to turn Black people into 4th class citizens any day of the week.

Also, contrary to popular opinion, the majority of gay and lesbian people act normal af. It's just that the most flamboyant and crazy ones get the most coverage in the media to divide the masses.

On pretty much every core issue in this country I'm proud to sat black folks have always been on the right side and we will always put our political power behind equality, no matter how much some of yall aspire so bad for black people to become Bible thumping bigoted redneck cacs. Standing in the way of progress and equality out of fear. Nah. That is not who we have EVER been and yall gonna speak for yourselves with your sucking up to white conservative bigots.

Flamboyant extroverted loud af "look at me!" trannies have always been a thing (at least in Miami) which is why I'm like about this whole tranny hysteria going on now. Go out to Wynwood or Brickell? there they are. South Beach? there they are.

For the record I believe there should be men's sports, women's sports, and tranny sports. Same for bathrooms (I realize we can't just go on a massive trans bathroom building spree). I’m guessing it would mean there would be more support and top black prospects going to HBCU’s instead of PWI’s. AGAIN, this is what was said to me. Most of the people I tried to engage in conversation with didn’t give a fukk at all (my age group), and the few who did have an opinion (older crowd) basically said they should be attending HBCU’s anyways. But politics in general don’t really come up like that in everyday discussions.
