Could any one president "fix" a problem that was 20 years in the making with just 4 years?

Most economists say that without the stimulus bill we would have been worse off. So what do you think he did wrong?

The only problem Obama's had is a congress that wouldn't work with him and some hiccups when dealing with the future. I think he has plans to cut the debt but it was never really in the cards for his first term unless he had full support from Congress. So he's a bit of a liar for misleading the public into thinking he was gonna heal all what ails us in the first term.

Besides the obvious culprits outside the government the biggest blame goes back to Congress to me. The Dems could have gotten some kind of debt-reduction plan going along with the Stimulus. And when the Repubs had control they could of been more helpful with Obama to get things moving but that was never going to happen as we all know.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong though but I just see an incompetent Congress at the forefront of this.

He didn't America is the greatest country in the world...it's just got a virus called progressivism that has always found a way to keep america from reaching peak potential...Obama definitely isn't the cure and isn't helping with his spending stimulus and go no where healthcare policies...he's just there...didn't really screw up anything just hasn't done anything to say good job or reverse the course of mediocrity

Dude already ran away when I asked him the same questions. I think people just say shyt cause it sounds good at the time, but when you ask them what they really mean, they have no clue.

I could understand having a reasonable discussion about policy, but the people who say these outrageous, untrue things are either obsessed super republicans or racists, probably both.

What do you mean "nothing has gotten done"? Obama has done everything within his power to try to help this country. You can disagree with what he's done, but you can't say "nothing" has been done.

Yeah like Bin Laden was killed, Iraq war ended, epic health care bill, etc. I guess if Obama doesn't pass laws he likes, it means Obama is doing nothing.

with this congress thats an achievement. any non backwards movement is progress in the white house.

Corporate greed is what Phucked up America. The politicians were the ones who were influenced by lobbyists to allow the greed to go out of control by deregulating banks and sending jobs to other countries.

This did not happen because of Obama. It started with Bill Clinton and blew up when Obama took office. He really did inherit a mess!
