Overall I would say they're pretty close/on par but I'd say Jalen
Juwan did get 1 All Star appearance that Jalen never had and he technically got 2 rings but I mean he barely played for those Miami teams he was basically a bench warmer at that part of his career. He really never played meaningful playoff basketball his entire career outside of 1 second round appearance with the Mavs

Jalen peaked much later but he went to 3 straight ECF with the Pacers including an NBA Finals appearance with his role growing every year over those 3 seasons. He was the 2nd leading scorer on a team that made it to Game 6 of the NBA Finals. That trumps pretty much anything Juwan did in his pro career
