I think op really meant to say Black "conscious" community of the 90's and 2000's. Not neccessarily the Black community. Like the Black "conscious" community of the 90's had a list of go to books like: Message To The Blackman, The Miseducation Of The Negro, Blackmans Guide To Understanding The Black Woman, How To Eat To Live, Art Of War, The Isis Papers and the very popular Willie Lynch Letter which was usually a sheet or 2. Behold A Pale Horse was also in that mix...I think thats what he's talking about.
Yeah, I misspoke on the legality of it. But I do think they pay attention to who buys it.So illegal that you can even buy it on amazon lol.

The book was more entertaining than anything. That part when he was on the ship and a UFO went in the water
It definitely had its white nationalist undertones, still good though.

All carry weight in different aspects of their fields. The problem is the op is pointing to BAPH as being a sleeper agent book to discredit the others in some way.

Petraeus and Broadwell apparently used a trick, known to terrorists and teen-agers alike, to conceal their email traffic, one of the law enforcement officials said.
Rather than transmitting emails to the other's inbox, they composed at least some messages and instead of transmitting them, left them in a draft folder or in an electronic "dropbox," the official said. Then the other person could log onto the same account and read the draft emails there. This avoids creating an email trail that is easier to trace.
