Been running a lot lately. Went through a whole 2 ltr cherry diet coke today. Not sure if its the gas but ive never felt this bloated in my entire life. If i keep up this habit (not 2 ltrs a day though lol) would it do much harm to my weight loss?

So even with the gas making me feel bloated, i shouldn't worry too much since im technically not consuming any calories?

calories are just a unit of measurement of heat
you're still consuming aspertine and caffeine b...whose job is to make you feel full without the "calories" but they still have horrid side effects as you're not actually getting any nutrients in that "fullness"

stop being an oaf and just drink water.

I've been steadily losing weight drinking Coke Zero. I definitely get the bloated feeling sometimes, but at the end of the day if you're losing weight, you're losing weight. IMO Diet Soda is a nice compromise, you get that fizzy goodness w/ no calories and you don't feel too restricted.

a 2L a day might be too much though, hope you're drinking a lot of water

I just go with water, green tea, & some skim milk in protein shakes, but I used to be a 2-3 cans of soda guy years and years ago. It helped taking a few steps to transition to where I'm at now, from sodas to fruit juices to flavored waters to what I drink now. Aim for cutting that out of your diet, but if you can't then it may be easier to ease out of it

"real" juices often have more sugar than soda's do by volume

if you want to be politically correct just eat the fruit

theres so much broscience in here its disgusting, read a book losers

Yea their are no calories so you don't have to worry about it getting you fat. There are other reasons outside of getting fat to not drinking too much soda though.
