Dudes just be making up shyt....Chappelle show was at its height during 2003-2005....Dane Cook ain't really pop off until 2006 and had a run till like 2009....he wasn't even there telling it like he was:mjlol:.

Dane Cook is a horrible comedian, but facts is facts.
I was in college and Dave Chappelle and Dane Cook were arguably the hottest comedians at the time.

Dave Chappelle had his show on Comedy Central from 2003 - 2004 and was popular all throughout the 2000s. But he was huge/superstar status in 2004/2005.
Dane Cook was popular between 2003 - 2006.

I was in my twenties at the time so I remember it clearly.

By 2007 no one was talking about Dane Cook like that. And this was after he was in movies with Anna Ferris and Jessica Alba for crying out loud

In 2006, Cook headlined for Dave Attell's Insomniac Tour and hosted the 2006 Teen Choice Awards alongside Jessica Simpson. The following year he won the award for Best Comedian. On November 12, 2007, Cook became the second comic to sell out Madison Square Garden's large arena space after Andrew Dice Clay accomplished this feat in 1990. He did two sold-out shows in one night. The show was filmed and would later be put onto a DVD to be sold on Cook's third comedy album. Cook won the Big Entertainer Award at the VH1 Big in '06 Awards,[23] and Rolling Stone magazine's Hot Comic of the Year.[24]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dane_Cook#cite_note-24
In 2006, Cook starred in his first leading role as Zack Bradley in Employee of the Month, which co-starred Jessica Simpson and Dax Shepard. The film made a modest $30 million against a $12 million budget.[42] In June 2007, Cook co-starred in his first dramatic role as the devious photographer "Mr. Smith" in Mr. Brooks, which starred Kevin Costner. The film debuted at number 4 at the box office, grossing $10,017,067 in its opening weekend.[43]

In September 2007, Cook starred as dentist Charlie Logan in Good Luck Chuck, which co-starred Jessica Alba and Dan Fogler. The film was the second-highest-grossing film (#1 Comedy) at the U.S. box office in its opening weekend, grossing $13.6 million in 2,612 theaters. The film went on to have a total box office tally of approximately $35 million U.S. and $24 million foreign.[44]

he was at the top in 2007 both in terms of movies and selling out stadiums. This is facts.

I remember hearing his name a couple years ago and thinking "YOO WTF happened to that dude?"

Dane Cook was a super popular comedian at a certain point

I'm talking arenas and stadiums headlining making a killing like a rock star watching those specials

And then he was never mentioned again like it never happened
