Ethiopia right now is close to collapsing because of the Biden administration. The Dems are unfortunately in bed with a rebel movement called TPLF that enjoys financial and arms support while majority of the country’s population supports the government. Republicans while horrible for domestic issues are much better in foreign policy. This issue is way more complicated.

I have no idea but people are dying in mass in Ethiopia right now and people tend to be vindictive when emotions are high. Yup, CNN and BBC are soft power of the American/British intelligence community. They push a certain narrative and take control of the story that way. TPLF have been in power from 1991 to up to few years ago. They were a menace the whole time ruling with an iron fist and it did not help that they are minority ethnic group, so to stay in power they created wars with Eritrea, invasion of Somalia and all sorts of other internal divisions. However they were the darling of the west because of their yes-man attitude thus receiving limitless blessings. It only worked for so long until the largest ethnic group Oromos were pushed to the edge, which set off the event of TPLF stepping down and retreating back to their region refusing to disarm and threatening to secede.

One thing I will give them credit for tho is they're extremely united, armed to the teeth, great at propaganda and are battled harden who can fight on many fronts despite their shortcomings. I really do not see them coming back to power nor do I see biden and co extending an olive branch to the current ethiopian government. I see a stalemate on all sides coming and perhaps Ethiopia turning towards the east as China new $1 trillion dollar silk road kicks off.

Would I vote Republican? Absolutely not. I’ll vote Green. But do I understand why the VA Ethiopians did what the did? Absolutely.
