Dan Schneider, produces and creates most of these shows. Zoey 101, Drake and Josh, ICarly, Victorious, etc.
There are some rumors out there that he has abused a lot of these child actors. Some evidence as well, nothing concrete. He also has some sort of strange foot fetish.
Some of those tweets are probably fake, I'm not going to bother verifying them.
