Don't think Face meant to talk bad bout the first My Homies album, since all his Interface artists were on there (Devin, AG2AKe, Facemob, KB, Hoodlumz), he prolly talked bout My Homies 2 which was put out by J Prince without Face's permissionI found this CD in my mom's collection and was banging it heavy, put @Motife43 on to it lol.
But I don't think it's talked about a lot because according to Scarface, none of them nikkas on the tape was his homies

Same thing with My Balls My Word. it looked like Face was backing down on that song with Z Ro dissing 50 Cent when he kept saying he didnt put that album together and that J Prince put that together.

My Homies set up the anticipation for the next Geto Boys album which would drop months later. Master P image biting aside I thought the cover and title was ill. Assuming Face was the good..willy the bad and Bushwick the ugly. Then u seen the album cover and its ill as a flip.

It all goes hand in hand. I bought Moment of Truth and I knew Scarface but his verse on Betrayal made me a fan. I copped MY Homies and Coco brovaz album. My Homies put me on to Devin, Ag2akee and a whole bunch of Rap a Lot artists.
