Because black people are being born/dying at a rate that keeps our percentage of the population about the same.

The percentage of the population that is Hispanic is going up due to immigration and relatively high birthrates (2.4 children per woman, on average). The percentage that is white is going down due to relatively lower birthrates (1.8/women). The black birthrate is basically just enough (2.1) that the percentage of black people in the population will stay about the same.

Though I'm sure somebody has a conspiracy about it. Such is Higher Learning.

Blacks are DEFINITELY a minority in the USA. Its not even a joke.

I'm willing to best most of ya'll think blacks are just everywhere like that.
