How come teens and young adults in the 80s and 90s looked older than today?

Teens and young adults from the 60's/70's>>>any decade when it comes to looking old.
Chicks from the 80's weren't built NOTHING like chicks from today
these females look older in these days.
Only certain chicks had fat asses and big tittys, but now..shiiieet....all these chicks are STACKED. When I was little 8 out of 10 chicks were flat chested until 8-9th grade, now they sprouting in elementary school
