75% of it will always be watered down uninspired boring garbage as long as Vince is still in charge. I don't know how after 13 or so years of mediocrity, people don't get this and still spend an exorbitant amount of time and energy judging and critiquing the product. You can't expect a dude in his 70's with 50 years in the biz to still be on his B-game, let alone A-game, creatively and mentally. Stop being so invested in it and just let it be and enjoy the things you might enjoy because there is still some decent stuff on a week-to-week basis, or just stop watching if its insufferable to you (like 70% of WWE's audience since Attitude Era did).

NJPW, NXT, and LU all offer much more modern, interesting, fresh, and above all cooler takes on wrestling with better character development than most of anything Raw or SD care to present, invest your energy and time into those if you really want your wrestling fix. G1, which I hear has been incredible thus far, is absolutely something you should be taking a look at over whatever wack sauce the WWE main product has going on. I mean people are still getting their panties in a bunch over Roman Reigns like cmon bruh :mjlol: At some point you gotta help yourself

Great points but problem is with NXT is that its still lining the WWE's pockets.

What's the problem with that? Profit or loss Vince still gonna be head honcho for at least 10 more years or so. Boycotting the WWE product completely and refusing to support it financially won't change anything

Idk how much Hulu is paying WWE but I remember one of those times the #cancelwwentwork hashtag went on, people mentioned that you can watch NXT including Takeovers on Hulu just not live.

Idk I saw this dude on another board who literally posts 20 times a day how much he hates WWE and that he's positive and hoping they'll be out of business in 5 years. He also goes out of his way to watch Raw every week, even on an international vacation.
I know exactly which dude and what board you're talking about

Overall the product is not the best most of the time, but there are still good gems buried in the rubble. The Raw main event scene has me more excited than anything since the events leading up to MITB 2011. Like it has the potential to be a modern classic storyline if they don't blow it.

Also it's laughable how far some go to try to shyt on Romey Rome. Dude doesn't have bad matches and is coming into his character nicely. He's also getting better/more comfortable on the mic now that they realize he's not a charismatic jokester.

I get what you trying to say but nah man its just hard to simply enjoy it when jinder is the champ when he cuts the same promo every week and can only do a clothesline but he's going to earn a top spot on the summerslam card while NJPW goes all out every match. its easy to limit the watching but its hard AF to just stop watching wwe when its what started your hardcore wrestling. Like after battleground I said I'm done with wwe but these nikkas gonna announce naka vs cena. I know I'm gonna give in. And its just hard when your favorite wrestlers are with the E too.

We should critique tho. fukk Vince idgaf that he's 70. Its what you expect but there is no reason to just let shyt slide. Imagine if we didn't voice heavily for Daniel Bryan we would have never gotten that great moment.

We do critique bull shyt from personal opinions when it doesn't mean its right just because it isn't how we booked it tho that's what we got wrong.

Yeah that's what I'm saying, there's still some good stuff every week on both Raw and SD that you can still enjoy. But there's no point in knotted panties and popped veins when you know what the 21st century Vince McMahon product is like and what he wants

I get it. But just turn on SD when the Cena/Naka match comes on, or if you insist on watching the whole thing, understand what you're getting yourself into and accept it. No one actively eats shyt then is surprised to find out it tastes bad, but for some reason internet wrestling fans voluntarily subject themselves to torture then complain about it afterwards. If you find someone like Jinder insufferable then just don't watch, otherwise there's no point in complaining about it when you know what you're gonna get but refuse to change the channel. You say you like NJPW, so invest your time energy and sweat into that instead of the SD main event scene.

Rallying does not = critiquing. Daniel Bryan got his spot because fans rallied and showed their support at shows. You don't get in Vince's head by complaining and critiquing. People have been complaining about the booking, the writing, everything for years and years now and it's gotten them little to nowhere. But when fans show support and actually show up and cheer and buy merch for their guys or for certain segments, that's when he listens. Throwing tantrums is just stupid when it comes to McMahon and wrestling and fans look stupid when they do that

How come people still complain about people who complain about the product?

I mean 75% of these people are just old neckbeards who will never stop complaining until Vince dies anyway. I don't get how after 2 plus years on a message board people don't get this and still spend an exorbitant amount of time and energy judging and critiquing those who judge and critique the product.

:mjlol:

People like to complain. They hang around (online) like minded people and have opinions :manny: no different than you having an opinion on their opinion. The same bit of advice you would give them about the product, "shut up or don't pay attention" or the like, is the same advice someone could give you about them :ehh:

Anyway... here's a Trish Gif
