Then nikkas wasn't 18 though. His overall career greatness has nothing to do with what he was when he came in as a teenager. He was not ready at the point. All of the of straight outta HS cats needed an incubation period with the exception of Bron which is what made his rookie year so noteworthy.

I'm just saying, put Kobe on the Golden State Warriors & throw him to the wolves for 82 games. Maybe he wouldn't be balling like Lebron. He'd be airballing & not passing to nikkas but, his learning curve wouldve came alot faster than sitting on the bench for 2 & half years. I do agree he probably should've did a 1 or 2 of college.

I hate when people say that. Cleveland was garbage from 1970-2003. You dont get no oreos for starting on that team. And, Chicago, a losing team at that point, was so garbage Magic said he wouldn't have came out of college if the Bulls won the flip toss instead of LA. So, it wasn't exactly alot of competition for Jordan there either.

It's like people really think Kobe couldn't have started on the Hornets, Pacers, Hawks or any of the other 15 or so fringe teams. He just got...

for a few years because the team he went to always had premier players on deck...

MJ sh*t on everyone in his prime... that dont make them Cavs "garbage til 2003"... Cleveland had a legit repeat playoff core several times before Lebron - to call them garbage is like calling teams like the SAS of '08-'12 garbage

its all good, i just like to remind ppl that the league has had a history of good teams that goes a little deeper than ur classic MJ / Kobe / Lebron superstar built teams

But if you cant appreciate both, your not a fan of Basketball.
